What surfaces can I use Release Cleaner on?

No, Release will not hurt your hands or skin. It's recommended that you use gloves when cleaning with Release for extended periods of time. This is because Release is a degreaser and will associate with the oils in your skin and may dry your skin out. Utilize lotion to combat dry skin.
Is Release Cleaner safe to use on ceramic coatings?
Yes, Release is completely safe to use on ceramic coatings at any dilution, even straight Release Ultra Concentrate. It will not associate with or remove your ceramic coating because it is a hardened inorganic surface.
Will Release Cleaner remove wax?
Yes, Release will remove petroleum-based waxes and waxes that are based on organic materials such as carnauba wax from the surface.

What is Associative Cleaning Technology?

What is the difference between a foam sprayer and a multi sprayer?
Foam sprayers generate wet or dry foam as the application method whereas a multi-sprayer applies the liquid in the canister directly to the surface. Multi sprayers also have the ability to mist liquid unlike foam sprayers.
What is the difference between the Foam Pro 2 and the Foam Pro 2+?
The difference between the Foam Pro 2 and the Foam Pro 2+ is the ability to hook up an air source such as an air compressor to the unit. The Foam Pro 2+ has the ability to use air supplied by an air compressor to keep the canister pressurized. The Foam Pro 2 does not have that capability and requires manual pressurization through the hand pump.
What are the green and orange tips that came with my foaming sprayer?
These tips control the amount of air that is let into the mixture of Release to create a dry foam, intermediate foam, and wet foam. There is a third tip that is already installed in your sprayer. Unscrew the black handle and top portion of the sprayer from the translucent container and view the bottom. The green tip creates a dry foam and is what we recommend for Release. The gray tip is an intermediate foam, and the orange tip is for wet foam.
How much Release Ultra Concentrate do I need to put in my 50 oz sprayer to make a 1:20 ready-to-use ratio?
Fill 2 oz of Release Ultra Concentrate into your 50-ounce sprayer and add roughly 40 ounces of filtered water such as distilled, RO, and deionized water to the mixture. By filling only 42 total ounces of liquid this leaves room for the air pressure needed to dispense Release.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper—however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
